Our workshops are tailored to different age groups and can be conducted as standalone sessions, with follow-up sessions, or as part of a multi-week program.
Our ultimate goal for each workshop is to equip every child with:
Practical ways to promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
Awareness and understanding of their emotions and how it affects their overall well-being.
Strategies to develop personal resilience and effectively support others.
Workshops
Our workshops typically last for 60 minutes, but we can adjust the duration to accommodate the specific requirements of your class. We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why each session can be tailored to your school or classroom needs.
